    Once you’ve completed the training videos and final assessment, you’ll receive a certificate of accreditation which is valid for one year from the date of completing and receiving the certificate.

    You’ll also get access to the Accredited Trainers Community, which is a space where you can share your wisdom and ask questions about CareScribe’s products to others in the community.

  • Feedback ideas directly to us

  • 🏆 How long would I be certified for?

    Once you have completed your course, you will be certified for 1 year.

  • 💷 Is there a cost to be accredited by CareScribe?

    There is no cost to be accredited by CareScribe. It is free for any trainer.

  • 🤷 Why should I get an accreditation?

    By becoming CareScribe accredited, you can demonstrate that you have updated your knowledge as our products change. You will also be able to demonstrate how our products truly impact the lives of the people you work with and work for.

  • ⤴️ Is there a top-up course if there are new features or functionality?

    If our products undergo any major updates during the year, you will be invited to participate in a top-up course to update your knowledge. The content of that course will then be included in the next year's accreditation.
